Flax Mill Arts

We are a group of artists inspired by Ditherington Flax Mill. We aim to interpret, through art, our responses to the site, its history as flax mill and maltings, to record its current state of disrepair and decay and to chronicle its redevelopment.

News

FMA have a travelling exhibition involving five prints of Flaxmill related works. These will be shown at various venues around the town - more information to follow.

FMA will be staging an exhibition at the Friends of the Flaxmill - Maltings open days on May the 7th and 8th. This will involve works by FMA Members and by three guest artists:
